Murashige & Skoog (MS) Vitamin Mixture 1000X

Murashige & Skoog (MS) Vitamin Mixture 1000X is a concentrated solution of the MS medium that contains the necessary macro and micronutrients required for plant tissue culture. This highly concentrated solution allows for easy and accurate preparation of the medium by diluting it with water to the desired concentration typically 1X or half-strength depending on the specific requirements of the plant species or the type of culture being grown. Once diluted then other supplements such as plant growth regulators, sucrose, agar, or other gelling agents can be added to support the growth and development of plant tissues in vitro depending on the specifications of the culture or experiment.
