How To Use Indole-3-Butyric Acid (IBA) Powder?

Follow the given steps to prepare the tissue culture media using PCT’s IBA powder:

  1. Prepare liquid tissue culture media using PCT’s MS, DKW media, or any other alternative media based on your plant.
  2. Add sugar based on the quantity of media you’re making (generally, 30 grams of sugar is added for 1-liter media), 1 ml/L PPM, and 3-4 grams per liter of gellan gum or 6-8 grams per liter of agar.
