Follow the given steps to prepare the tissue culture media using PCT’s Gibberellic acid:
- Prepare liquid tissue culture media using PCT’s MS media (4.54 grams) and add 25-30 grams of sugar, 1ml PPM, and 4 grams of PCT gellan gum or 8 grams of PCT agar.
- Then, add the desired quantity of the plant hormone from the prepared PGR’s stock solution.
- Autoclave the medium for 20 minutes at 15 psi and 121℃.
