At Plant Cell Technology, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. If any issues arise, rest assured that we're here to assist you every step of the way. Upon receiving your package, please inspect it promptly for any damage or discrepancies. Should you encounter any problems, don't hesitate to notify us immediately.
For most new, unopened items, you have the option to return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we'll cover the return shipping costs as well.
Once you've initiated the return process, expect your refund within four weeks. However, in many cases, refunds are processed more quickly. This time frame encompasses transit time for us to receive your return, processing time upon receipt, and the duration for your bank to process the refund request.
To initiate a return, simply log in to your account, access the order via the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and click on the Return Item(s) button. We'll keep you updated via email on the status of your refund once we've processed the returned item.
Alternatively, you can handle returns directly through our Customer Service Department by providing your order number and the Plant cell Technology sales order number. For efficient processing and tracking, please include your contact name, invoice address, delivery address, and telephone and/or fax number with each purchase order.
While we strive to accommodate return requests, please note that products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Additionally, certain items cannot be returned for credit to maintain product quality. These include reagents past their expiration date, custom or special orders, and products without labels. Returns for items ordered in error may also be subject to a 20% processing fee.
